As Founder, Robin’s biggest job is keeping the wheels on the bus and the bus on the road. She founded NextPhase Foundation with the belief that far too much in human skill, potential and ingenuity is squandered because it doesn’t come from the places we’ve all come to see as the most obvious. Through NextPhase Foundation, she hopes to make some small dent in that oversight.
Robin holds an Associates Degree in General Studies and a Certificate in Practical Nursing from University of Arkansas Community College- Morrilton, a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Letters, Arts & Sciences with focuses in International Trade & Policy, Community Development and Communications as well as a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Pennsylvania State University.

Alexis is responsible for the day-to-day shepherding of all projects, correspondence and she keeps the NPF engine humming. As a tech enthusiast, she launched and continues to spearhead Project #NexTech.
Alexis holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking from National Park College and is working toward a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. She is a member of the National Honors Society and the Alpha Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. Her longterm goals include roles in the evolving field of technology ethics.

Don keeps us driving between the mustard and mayo. He’s an acute legal advisor and, as a great connector, has helped us work toward partnerships across the state. The Bees ‘n Butterflies Project is Don’s brainchild.
As Principal at South Spring Consulting, Don shares his more than three decades’ expertise in privacy law with organizations across the nation. He holds a Juris Doctorate of Law from University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, a Master of Business Administration Degree from University of Arkansas, and a Ph.D in Marketing from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
William Baker, Chief Accounting Officer
Will brings more than 10 years’ experience in accounting/auditing, consulting, and team management and 8+ years of customer service and management, managerial accounting and audit experience. He has served on the Board of Directors of multiple not-for-profit organizations and continues to be involved with organizations he believes benefit the greater good.
Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in accounting and a Masters of Accounting, both from the University of Central Arkansas. He brings experience in financial services, oil & gas, government and not-for-profit organizations, as well as a knowledge of AICPA and PCAOB audits to the Salus Data Privacy & Security team and its clients.
